Description
Deep crimson petals in the centre fade out across the hue to scarlet and almost to pink in the highlights. In the background a dying Dalia’s wilting head awaits the gardener to perform the executioner’s task of dead heading. The wonderful layers of red in this image against the fading greens in the background make a wonderful image for a garden room, or above a fireplace in the winter time, bringing all the promise of summer and staying in keeping with the season’s Christmassy colours too.
As with all my giclée prints this image is printed on excellent quality 308gsm photo rag paper to give the highest quality results possible.

A red dalia bloom with another dying dalia bottom right corner. 16″ x 12″
