Description

This is a version of ladybird 005, this time with the little group of five ladybirds sunbathing in the early spring afternoon sunshine. All ladybird images to me seem to bring a happy atmosphere to the area they occupy. They also suggest innocence and a new beginning and perhaps that is why people love ladybirds so much. We have all spent summers watching them walk on our fingers, open their wings and fly away to a nearby plant and psychologists may well tell us that is the reason we like them so much as we have happy memories associated with them.

As with all my giclée prints this image is printed on excellent quality 308gsm photo rag paper to give the highest quality results possible.
